I’m Here to Help

I Understand.

You may grapple with anxieties or uncertainties about your relationships and sexuality. Are any of these things true for you?

  • Emotional or physical pain makes you feel out of place or concerned about your desires.

  • You're questioning if you've had too much, or maybe too little, sexual experience.

  • All you yearn for is closeness and connection, but something obstructs the path.

Initiating conversations about intimacy and sexuality can be daunting. But you're here, seeking understanding, and the way forward. As an IBOSP Certified Sex Therapist and Licensed Master Clinical Social Worker, I offer talk therapy aimed at empowering you to build confidence and find joy in your intimate relationships and overall life.

My commitment is to provide a sanctuary where you can openly discuss sensitive topics without judgment. It's a privilege to guide and support you towards healing and re-connection. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to explore how therapy can be transformative for you. Licensed in Connecticut and Michigan, I serve clients in both states through tele-therapy, using a HIPAA compliant platform.

Practicalities:

My practice is primarily fee for service. If you are interested in using your insurance, I recommend that you call the customer service number on the back of your card to inquire about your specific therapy benefit. I am able to bill Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Care Network directly for individual therapy.

Ideal Clients for My Approach:

  • Couples desiring enhanced communication and reconnection.

  • Those yearning for intimacy and pleasure in their sexual life.

  • LGBTQI, Polyam, or Kinky individuals/couples seeking a respectful and understanding space.

  • Those navigating the aftermath of infidelity.

  • Individuals striving to forge and maintain healthy relationships.

  • Women seeking empowerment in setting boundaries.

  • Anyone who's endured physical or sexual trauma.

  • Women facing anxieties about their sexual history or intimate relationships, or those experiencing physical discomfort during intimacy.

My Mission:

  • Craft a nurturing space that facilitates healing.

  • Value and respect your unique journey without passing judgment.

  • Listen, guide, and help you instigate positive change.

I Believe:

  • Every individual deserves to be heard, to process their pain, and find healing.

  • Early life relationships with caregivers can shape adult intimate connections.

  • Your intimate relationships can be a powerful avenue for healing.
